“You have worth and a unique, evolving story. It is common for that story to become twisted over the years through difficult experiences that do not represent whom we truly are and hope to be. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I believe that we can collaborate to reprocess and move forward from those moments in life that were confusing, painful, angering, traumatic, and life-changing in a safe, encouraging environment that values you and your evolving story.

I use an integrated approach to therapy that fits you, the individual. This approach includes Narrative, Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused, and Existential theories. What I value most is developing the therapeutic relationship, which I believe is the strongest catalyst for change. My areas of clinical focus and interest are:

  • Addictions (Behavioral and Substance)
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Health and Wellness
  • Men’s Issues/Masculinity
  • Spirituality
  • Traumas/PTSD.

I also enjoy and have experience working with people from a number of cultural and religious/spiritual backgrounds.”
