My therapeutic goal is to build a collaborative environment where I can learn your narrative and your strengths in an effort to assist you in becoming your best possible self. My approach is centered on you the individual and it is your goals and dreams that will guide our time together. I am empathetic towards the unique challenges you face and offer an integrative approach when examining the behaviors and perceptions that may be obstacles to your goals.
I have over 24 years of experience working with adolescents and the unique challenges they face from school, society, and family. I’ve been able to build trusting relationships with adolescents from a diverse range of backgrounds by listening without judgment to their individual stories.
I’ve seen how issues like anxiety, depression, and anger can affect the progress of young adults. I’ve also seen how these issues can affect the family. My years working with adolescents and their families has also provided me with the knowledge that we are all capable of self-improvement. I’m here to help you on your journey.
