We all struggle with different stressors in life and feel overwhelmed. I am here to help create unconditional support as we collaborate with journeying through life issues. I offer a safe space to navigate life stressors. I offer therapy services for adults and children struggling with depression, anxiety, different life transitions, grief/loss, divorce, relationship difficulties, cultural issues. I also provide family therapy. I use a person-centered approach and utilize the approach for your treatment.
