I completed my Bachelors in psychology from University of Detroit Mercy and am in the progress of completing my Masters in Clinical Mental Health at Oakland University. I am an avid reader of all sorts of books. I enjoy dancing, yoga and being outdoors in my off time. I love all kinds of animals, and have a cat named Bunny.

I believe that clients are the true experts of their own lives & my role is to learn from you & guide you through life’s transitions & challenges. I will utilize and incorporate different styles of interventions to ensure treatment is working to the best of its ability. As a Mental Health Counseling intern, I have gained valuable experience in areas such as anxiety depression, trauma, autism and developmental delays, life transitions & relationship issues. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.
My education, combined with my personal journey, informs my practice & enables me to connect authentically with clients. My approach primarily unitizes cognitive behavioral therapy with a holistic client centered focus. I strongly believe in a flexible, integrative framework tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
