I offer a safe space for you to be vulnerable, heard, and validated. I understand that no single approach is right for any one person. In a non-judgemental space, we will work together to clarify your needs. My approach includes a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness which can help you to better understand your thoughts and emotions in order to feel relief in times of distress and discomfort. I will help you learn about the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and the behaviors that follow. I work towards a whole body holistic approach to mental health, which incorporates biological, psychological, and social factors and their complex interactions to understand health and wellness.
