I graduated from Oakland University with a Masters in Counseling in 2009, along with completing a Child and Adolescent Specialization. Most of my professional experience has been working with later adolescent students 18+, and adults at the university level.
I believe we all have the power within each of us to make changes to our lives every day. We just have to take the first step in asking for help, gather the right information, and learn the right tools and mindset needed to grow and move forward to achieve a greater level of physical and emotional health.
