Trained in a humanistic orientation, I take an integrated, individualized approach to therapy with teens, adults, and couples of all genders, orientations, and cultures. While interpersonal trauma, abuse dynamics, and PTSD have been a primary focus of my studies, I also enjoy working with those struggling with other difficulties, including (but not limited to): Anxiety, Anger, Depression, Life transitions, Identity and Self-Development, Relationship and Adjustment issues, and more. LGBTQ+, Poly, and Kink-friendly.

If you don’t see your issue named above but think I’d be a good match for you, reach out to me; let’s talk. Trust your instincts.

You hold the keys to your own success; my job is to help remove obstacles so that you can move forward in your life outside of treatment. I offer a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment to you where we can walk through this journey together.

You are not alone. I look forward to meeting you.
